Corporate Partnerships

Hand-in-hand with the benefits communities gain from the contributions and work put into the City Mission - private sector organizations can profit from the exposure they receive in so doing.  Building brand awareness, expanding marketing opportunities, increased networking opportunities and the fact that helping the community thrive is good business all-around are all motivations to partner with City Mission.  For more information on becoming a partner, contact Eric Smith, Manager, Corporate Relations at esmith@citymission.org.

Event Opportunities

City Mission events bring people together to have fun, all for a great cause of helping the homeless.  Your business can get involve in these events with proceeds going to the mission while building further organizational awareness in the community and recognition of your company’s philanthropic spirit.  There are events you can sponsor offering various levels to support the event.  Or your company can decide to host an event with a portion of proceeds benefiting City Mission.  Here are some of the main examples of each type for your consideration.Sponsorship

Donation Opportunities

Monetary – Your business can make a donation at any time to help City Mission provide the life-changing services to the homeless.  City Mission is a 501c3, so consult your tax consultant for possible tax benefits.  Donate now.

Food Collections – City Mission serves the community in need through its Samaritan Care Food Pantry.  We accept non-perishable food items your teams collect for distribution through our Samaritan Care Center.

Clothing & Shoe Drives – Many homeless come to City Mission with only the shirts on their backs.  Clothing drives help provide items needed.  Donated clothing and shoes can also be sold in our thrift stores with those proceeds providing food and shelter.

Angel Tree – Christmas is a special time where all of us want to give to those in need.  The Angel Tree program provides a list of items needed to make the holidays a special time for our residents.  A collection can be taken at your work place or items can be purchased on City Mission’s Angel Tree Amazon Wishlist.  Residents always comment how special these gifts are to them because they feel like someone cared about them.
